Our built-in opt-in bribe feature does it extremely well.<\/p>\n

The idea is that you offer something that users get even when they don’t win. For example, this could be a PDF download, a coupon to your store, or some other small freebie.<\/p>\n

Sell your opt-in bribe.<\/p><\/div>\n

This helps you achieve multiple things with your contest. If you’re offering a coupon you will get extra revenue. If you’re offering the PDF download, you gain more trust & provide even more value with your audience. Then once your contestant has entered — our contest confirmation page & welcome email will get your contestant sharing!<\/p>\n

You can also incentivize sharing using opt-in bribes by only giving the bribes to users who have X amount of entries. For example, you could give it only to someone with 10 entries.<\/p>\n

To add an opt-in bribe to your next contest, go in your VYPER dashboard, choose the contest you want to edit, and click on “Opt-In Bribe” on either the left or top navigation. Your page will look like this.<\/p>\n

On this page you can set the instructions to redeem the bribe in the first box. These instructions are sent by email to your contestant.<\/p>\n

Then on the second box you can choose to allow only contestants with X amount of entries to unlock the bribe. When your contestant reaches this amount of entries, they’ll automatically be sent the bribe via email.<\/p>\n
